At Nadia Heynike Gallery., we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your artwork, we offer a hassle-free return or exchange policy within 14 days of the first delivery attempt.
Eligibility for Returns
- The artwork must be returned in its original condition, without any signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
- Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for items showing signs of use or mishandling.
How to Initiate a Return

Contact Us First:
- Email us to request a Return Authorization Number (RAN) before shipping the item back. Returns sent without an authorization number will be refused and returned to the sender.

Prepare Your Return:
- Include the artwork, original packaging, and any accompanying documents in the return package.
- Ship the package using a fully insured carrier to cover the full purchase price of the artwork.
- Retain proof of shipment and request a return receipt for confirmation.
Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping and insurance costs.
- Nadia Arnold Ltd. cannot be held liable for any loss or damage during transit.
Refund Process
- Once the returned item is received, inspected, and verified, we will process your refund using the same payment method as the original purchase.
- Please allow up to 7 business days after receipt of the item for the refund to be processed.
